The average is 9–12 months in advance, though it is always worth reaching out. We have accommodated last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Do you travel outside of New Orleans for weddings and events?

Yes, the full band and many of the smaller combos travel up to 180 miles from New Orleans. Brass Bands are only available in New Orleans and the surrounding parishes.

What sizes do your wedding reception bands come in?

We offer 5-piece, 6-piece, 7-piece, and 8-piece wedding reception bands. All include male and female vocalists plus a full rhythm section. Larger bands add trumpet, saxophone, and trombone for that full New Orleans brass sound.

What is included in wedding band pricing?

Accepted Answer

All pricing includes the musicians for up to 4 hours, all sound equipment, a sound engineer, detailed music timeline planning, and MC duties. There are no hidden fees for these core services.

Can you play both the wedding ceremony and reception?

Accepted Answer

The full band can play cocktail hour if it is in the same location as the reception. Ceremonies are always treated separately—we offer jazz and classical combos specifically for wedding ceremonies.
